Offering the rare ORIGINAL SET of prewar strip tuners shown in the photos. As the photos show this is a complete set of original open gear 3-on-a-plate strip tuners with original round black buttons. Includes original brass string post ferrules and original screws for mounting! This original set was commonly used on loads of vintage American made flattops with SOLID pegheads. They are not marked at all. Plates are plain nickel plated brass and measure 4 1/8" long and 5/8". String posts extend a full 7/8" to 15/16" from plates with string hole near end (for solid peghead). Posts are 1 1/2" center to center. Shown mounted on solid peghead headstock for demonstration purposes only. Good set with original black buttons. Great opportunity to get that ol flattop back to correct.
Hopefully this is a good opportunity to get your cherished old guitar right. Tuners are completely operative with correct amount of drag. Fine set as shown..
