Larrivee Koawood D-10 Deluxe

The original Larrivee Koawood D-10 shown in these photos is a genuine work of art in superb original condition showing little, if any, playing wear. The original owner, from whom it was recently adopted, maintained it meticulously and keep it in top condition. Faced with a difficult decision, it came down to either this guitar or his D-41 Martin that had to go to satisfy a debt. Not a decision I wish on anyone.

As the photos show the body is constructed of beautifully figured koawood and the solid spruce top is bordered in stunning abalone shell that is mirrored in the soundhole rosette. The peghead is lavishly inlaid with another Larrivee floral masterpiece that ties well with the deluxe fingerboard abalone/pearl pattern as well as the bridge "wing" inlays . It's all just plain gorgeous to behold and the sound is incomparable. Equipped with original hard case, truss rod wrench and case key as well as the original Larrivee booklet on guitar care. An absolute dream of a guitar.
