Offering for your consideration this ORIGINAL 40s KAY one piece FLANGE & TENSION HOOP. No modifications, no damage of any kind. This original Kay flange accepts 28 hooks (not included). Tension hoop is grooved and armrest is attached to the top surface of the hoop. The screws have been covered with mother of pearl dots. The Waverly Fiberskyn2 head is not included but was included in the photos to make the parts more easily recognizeable. Both items only $100.
