Pre-War S.S. STEWART "Wondertone" Banjo bridge - RARE original S.S. STEWART "Wondertone" 4-string banjo bridge as found on original PreWar banjos. Maple 5/8" high with "S.S. Stewart" markings on one side and "Wondertone" on the other. Four string slots cut (1 3/8" between lower and higher string slots). Rarely found in this condition.. $50.00 + $5.50 postage
FIELDING Handmade 5 string banjo bridge - walnut with ironwood top. 1/2” high. standard string spacing. The 5 hole pattern and continuous foot design makes it exceedingly strong, resistant to bowing, and allows for greater sound transfer to the head. Handmade in Brattleboro, Vermont. EBONY Handmade 5 string banjo bridge - solid ebony with compensated top. 1/2” high. standard string spacing. Has the 5 hole pattern and continuous foot design. Similar to Lamson bridges but I'm not real sure who made it....it is definitely top quality work. $25.00 ($3.50 postage)
FARQUHAR Handmade 4 string banjo bridges - pair of 4 string banjo bridges hand-made by Jim Farquhar in Georgia, USA. Both appear to be cherry wood with 1 5/16" spacing. One 9/16" and one 1/2". Price for the pair..$37.50 ($3.50 postage)
Pre-War NON TIP 4 string bridge - RARE original maple tenor/plectrum banjo bridge with "nontip" support. All slots cut on this clearly marked vintage bridge. Marked "GROVER NONTIP". Looks to be 5/8" height. $29.99 + $5.00 postage
Snuffy Smith 4-string bridge - This maple and ebony 4 string bridge by Snuffy Smith is 5/8" in height and has string slots cut (1 1/4" between outer string slots). Like New.. $20.00 + $3.00 postage

Vintage "2-foot" 5-string banjo bridge - original AGED maple/ebony 5 string banjo bridge in the old "2-foot" design. This is from a lot of banjo bridges I purchased from an old Vega banjo employee who later made bridges for Vega and others. It is UNMARKED. All 5 slots cut. 5/8" in height. Includes empty A-1st, D-2nd w/string, two C-4ths with strings. One string envelope is dated 1965 in pencil and there is some pencil marking on the bottom of the box. vintage Banjo Peghead dyed veneer pieces - bunch of pieces from an old banjo peghead veneer. Useful for restoration when matching missing pieces on banjos. Looks like dyed pearwood. One price for all shown...$25.00 + $5.50 postage


I recently took a hit on a banjo purchased from Bill's Music in Maryland. (Ebay user ID: billsmusic) The photos , strategically provided to keep undisclosed damage hidden, did not show obvious, extensive damage to the interior of the banjo. Contacted the seller who claimed all sales were "final with no returns". Not the kind of folks I want to do business with again.
